Taking the first step toward engaging in therapy and exploring ourselves can be overwhelming. I’m here to meet you where you are and to help you move forward. I believe that therapy should be an opportunity for us to explore ourselves simply and honestly, and I work to create a comfortable environment in which you feel safe to be yourself.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults ages 18 to 80 in inpatient and outpatient settings using a variety of treatment modalities. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) through the Commonwealth of Virginia and a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). I earned my Masters of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Maryland, Baltimore and my undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University (Go Bucks!). In my free time I enjoy reading, running, and spending time with my friends, family, and my pug Louie.
