Four Healthy Ways to Overcome Caregiver Burnout


According to a survey conducted by AARP, caregiver burnout is a very real and persistent problem yet it remains underreported. Caregiving responsibilities may become so consuming that they lead to a variety of negative health outcomes including emotional distress, anxiety, a weakened immune system, emotional numbness or a higher risk of developing a chronic disease.
