Our Story
Simply Mindful Solutions started from a belief that when a person is seeking out services, it should be simple and personable. It also came from a belief that each therapy modality, where traditional CBT or exploring IFS (Internal Family Systems), should also be Mindful. It should assist clients to explore how to deliberately be aware of body, mind, and feelings in the present moment, in order to create a feeling of calm. Therefore Simply Mindful Solutions was born. Our Clinical Director, India Walsh, founded this practice after working years within community-based, inpatient and outpatient settings. With that wealth of experience, she was able to integrate like-minded therapists and skilled practitioners who create a balance of practice, a cornucopia of talent and richness in experiences that blend a positive and personable practice.
