Squad Goals Middle School Life Skills Class

The middle school and early high school years can be an exciting—but challenging—time of growth. As teens begin to explore who they are, navigate friendships, family dynamics, and social media, having a supportive space to learn and reflect can make a meaningful difference.

Squad Goals 2026 is a group designed specifically for students in 7th through 9th grade, offering a welcoming environment where teens can build essential life skills while gaining a deeper understanding of themselves.

Running Mondays from 6:00–7:30 PM, February 9 through April 13, this group supports upcoming teens as they work on:

  • Exploring self-identity and self-image

  • Developing healthy boundaries

  • Understanding relationships and family dynamics

  • Building skills to navigate social media with confidence and awareness

Through guided discussions and activities, participants are encouraged to reflect, connect with peers, and develop tools they can carry into everyday life. Squad Goals focuses on helping teens feel seen, understood, and empowered during a pivotal stage of development.
