Hi, I’m Ashley! I believe every person already carries the strength and wisdom they need within them. My role is to help you reconnect with those parts of yourself—to feel grounded, supported, and understood as you navigate whatever brought you here. In our work together, you lead the journey; I’m simply here to guide, support, and provide tools that help you move toward healing and confidence.

I’ve supported individuals across many levels of care, including in-home services, outpatient treatment, private practice, adolescent IOP/PHP, and the emergency department. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, self-injury, suicidal ideation, school avoidance, substance use, and family conflict. I’ve also worked with many individuals navigating life transitions, unhealthy relationships, stress, grief, and emotional overwhelm.

In addition to my clinical practice, I work full-time as a Medical Social Worker in a local emergency room, supporting both adult and pediatric patients during medical crises and complex social situations. I provide crisis intervention, emotional support, de-escalation, safety planning, and resource coordination. I also assist patients and families coping with traumatic injuries, sudden loss, abuse, or unexpected critical events.

My therapeutic style is warm, nonjudgmental, collaborative, and grounded in building a genuine relationship. I want you to feel safe showing up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll explore your emotions, strengthen your coping skills, work through difficult experiences, and help you feel more connected to yourself and the life you want to build.

A bit about me personally: I genuinely love working with teens and young adults. I’m known for being empathetic with a good sense of humor. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, listening to podcasts, and spending time with my two cats.
